International Shipping
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
International shipping typically takes 10-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Shipping Timeframes
Our shipping process consists of two phases:
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days for physical products
- Shipping Time: 5-10 business days for domestic orders, 10-21 business days for international orders
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and other factors outside our control.

- No tracking updates for more than 3 business days
- Tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package

Frequently Asked Questions
Physical products typically arrive within 7-14 business days after shipping. This includes 1-3 business days for processing plus shipping time. Digital products (crochet patterns) are delivered instantly after purchase.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $53. Orders under $53 have a flat shipping rate of $4.99.
Our Guaranteed Shipping option adds $4.99 to any order and provides enhanced tracking, insurance against loss or damage, and guaranteed delivery within the estimated timeframe. If there's any issue with delivery, we'll either expedite a replacement or provide a full refund.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view tracking details in the "Order History" section of your account. For digital products, no tracking is necessary as delivery is instant.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items in perfect condition. Orders with Guaranteed Shipping have additional protection.

After purchasing a digital pattern, you'll receive immediate access via a download link on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. All your purchased patterns are also permanently stored in the "My Downloads" section of your account for future access.
Address changes are possible only if your order hasn't shipped yet. Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Our current shipping options include standard shipping and guaranteed shipping. While we don't offer expedited shipping at this time, our guaranteed shipping option provides additional security for your delivery. If you have urgent delivery needs, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product). In these cases, we'll refund the full purchase price including shipping costs.
