I didn’t receive my download link
Check your spam or junk folder first — automated emails occasionally land there. If it is not there, log in to your account and go to My Account › Downloads. Your file will be listed there regardless of whether the email arrived. Still nothing? Write to us with your order number.
My PDF won’t open
You need a free PDF reader to open the file. Adobe Acrobat Reader (free), Apple Preview on Mac, or any standard PDF application will work. Browsers can also open PDFs directly. If the file appears corrupted or pages are missing, email us and we will send a fresh copy.
The finished size or gauge is different from the pattern
Gauge differences are almost always due to yarn weight, hook size, or individual tension — all three vary between makers. Our free tools page has a size chart and gauge guide to help you adjust. If you believe there is a genuine error in the printed measurements, write to us with the pattern name and the round or row in question.
I bought the wrong pattern by mistake
Write to us at support@sageandsilky.com with your order number as soon as possible. Because patterns are digital downloads, we handle these case by case — the sooner you contact us, the more we can do.
Can I sell finished items made from your patterns?
Yes. You are welcome to sell handmade finished items. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the pattern PDF itself — it is licensed to you for personal and commercial making only. For bulk commercial licensing enquiries, contact admin@sageandsilky.com.
