Free calculators, charts and converters for the crafts we work in. No sign-up, nothing to install, and no email required. Each one exists because it answers a question that comes up in the middle of a project, when the last thing you want is to hunt through a forum thread from 2011.

Why these tools and not others

Every tool here was chosen from live search data — real questions people type into Google, at a level of demand worth building for. Several obvious-sounding ideas were deliberately left out because nobody searches for them: there is essentially no demand for a needle felting needle chart or a punch needle fabric calculator, so building one would have been decoration rather than use.

More are being added. If a calculation keeps costing you time and it is not here, it is probably worth building.
