I'm Ayoub — the heart behind this cozy corner of the internet. For more than a decade I’ve lived with anxiety and chronic migraines. Along the way I learned something tender and true: mental health isn’t a secret to hide. It’s part of who we are — and it deserves to be seen with kindness.
Crochet and digital design became my quiet rituals. Counting stitches, shaping amigurumi, or refining an illustration slowly turned into moments of grounded peace. What started as personal healing grew into SageandSilky: a warm home for makers who want their craft to feel soothing, modern, and meaningful.
