Welcome to SageandSilky! I'm Ayoub, the founder behind this cozy corner of the internet. For over a decade, I lived with anxiety and chronic migraines — and along the way, I learned that the parts of us we're told to hide are often the parts most worth embracing.
What started as a search for relief became something bigger. I found that the slow, rhythmic motion of crochet — hook, loop, stitch, repeat — quieted my anxious mind in a way little else could. That small act of making something beautiful with my own hands became my sanctuary. I wanted to share it.
